Under the Imperial Constitution, the Crown is the central organ of state. His Imperial Majesty is Head of State and Head of Government, and the first bearer of the imperial title.

Territory

Bir Tawil

A landlocked desert region on the frontier between Egypt and Sudan. Under each neighbor's preferred reading of the boundary, the region falls to the other.

Status: Sovereign claim

Bir Tawil was the last no man’s land on Earth until the Declaration of Independence claimed it as the sovereign territory of the Empire. The Ababda and Bishari communities have historical and cultural ties to the wider area, and any development of the region must take account of them.
